1 tea cup quinoa
100 g baby spinach
6 cherry tomatos
8 baked pepper
100 g Feta cheese
1 tsp mustard
2 tsp honey
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 ssp olive oil
salt, black pepper
juice of 1/2 lemon

Salad with quinoa and spinach


An easy and healthy salad.




Wash the cinema well and pour it with water at a ratio of 1:2. When the water start to boil, turn the timer for about 15 minutes and low the heat.


Cut the tomatoes in quarters and the roasted peppers in strips. Mix the quinoa with the fresh spinach, tomatoes and peppers. Add the feta cheese, cut into small cubes.


For dressing - we need mustard, honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well and add to the quinoa and the vegetables.


Serve the salad warm with a few chi seeds on top.
